Return Policy
At Fixora, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us at info@fixora.nl to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item so we can promptly assess and resolve the issue.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. Once the refund is approved, the funds will automatically be credited back to your original payment account. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Unfortunately, we can often only accept returns of discounted items for a credit that you can then use in our online shop.
