Shipping Policy
NO SHIPPING COSTS
At Fixora we take full responsibility for the shipping costs of your order if you live in the Netherlands or Belgium. Then our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. If you live outside the Netherlands or Belgium, shipping costs will be charged. We work together with the parcel services PostNL and DHL, which means that all our products are shipped via one of these two shipping partners. As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive your track & trace information as soon as possible, with which you can track your order.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
We believe that you should not have to pay extra for your shipping costs. To achieve this, some products are shipped directly from the supplier or secondary warehouse to your address. This allows us to save considerably on storage, transport and packaging costs and to offer you the products at a reasonable price. In this way, we reduce CO2 emissions and prevent the waste of large stocks.
DELIVERY TIME
We process all orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Once your order has been shipped, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. We do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible, but it all depends on how busy our team is!
NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING?
If the order is lost during transport or the buyer claims not to have received the order (even if this is reflected in the tracking information), an investigation procedure will be initiated with the carrier. In order to maintain customer satisfaction, we will provide the customer with a suitable solution as soon as possible. Usually, we will wait for this investigation procedure to be completed and then either send a new product or refund the purchase price. Both we and the customer must fully cooperate with the carrier.
